Kulima director participating in DECCMA whole consortium meeting in Ghana

Accra coastDr Katharine Vincent is in Accra this week to participate in the whole consortium meeting of DEltas, vulnerability and Climate Change: Migration as an Adaptation (DECCMA) project. DECCMA is one project within the Collaborative Adaptation Research in Africa and Asia programme. it focuses on the extent to which, and circumstances under which, migration is, and may be, used as an adaptation in three deltas: the Ganges-Meghna-Brahmaputre; the Mahanadi; and the Volta. Kulima's involvement is to ensure gender is integrated throughout the project. The meeting will bring together all consortium partners to assess progress and share information on emerging findings, as well as offer targeted training for next steps.
