The paper “Cell phones, electronic delivery systems and social cash transfers: Recent evidence and experiences from Africa” by Dr Katharine Vincent and Ms Tracy Cull has just been published in the journal International Social Security Review. The paper is based on extensive experience with analysing electronic delivery systems that Katharine and Tracy gained whilst working with the Regional Hunger and Vulnerability Programme.
